COMMENTS REGARDING: Reappointment of Chief Bankruptcy Judge Susan V. Kelley

United States Chief Bankruptcy Judge Susan V. Kelley of the Eastern District of Wisconsin has applied to be reappointed by the United States Court of Appeals to a new 14-year term when her current term expires on June 29, 2017. A United States Bankruptcy Judge is a judicial officer of the United States District Court who exercises the authority of the district court with respect to any action, suit, or proceeding under Chapter 6 of Title 28 of the United States Code 28 U.S.C. ' 151. Comments are invited from the public and the bar as to whether Judge Kelley should be reappointed.
