Between 5:30 p.m. on January 20, 2016 and 8:00 a.m. on January 21, 2016, the court's CM/ECF electronic case filing system was down. The system is now operational, and we are investigating the cause of the outage. If any parties missed filing deadlines due to an inability to access CM/ECF, they should file a brief, expedited motion asking for an extension of time, pursuant to Local Rule 7(h).
