The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin occasionally issues formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) on larger purchases or projects.   Statement of work, bid instructions and bid deadlines are contained in each RFQ listed below.

Request for Quote:  Integrated Courtroom Audio/Video Control System

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin is soliciting open market bids for an integrated courtroom audio-video control system.  Vendors submitting bids shall review all requirements posted to the court's website prior to submitting a bid.  This is an open market solicition with the award going to the lowest priced technically acceptable bid.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Monday, September 25, 2017.

 

Vendor Information/TIN Certification

Vendors who do not accept credit cards and/or are not regisered in SAM are required to complete an AO213 Vendor Information/TIN Certification Form.  Completed forms can be emailed to the financial department or faxed to 414-297-3253.

 

SAM (System for Award Management)

Vendors doing business with the federal government are encouraged to register in SAM.  There is no fee to register.

IPP (Invoice Processing Platform)

IPP (Invoice Processing Platform) is a U.S. Treasury application that allows vendors to check the status of their U.S. Treasury payments.  There is no fee to register.
