The Local Rules Committee proposes the following amendments to Civil Local Rule 56. The amendment allows the Court to take adverse action if a party fails to comply with the requirements in the rule. Any comments should be submitted to Gina M. Colletti, Clerk of Court, via email at gina_colletti@wied.uscourts.gov by December 23, 2021.
