The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin occasionally issues formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) on larger purchases or projects.  Statement of work, bid instructions and bid deadlines are contained in each RFQ listed below.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin requires installation of new equipment, associated wiring/connections, and control software programming for an integrated courtroom audio/video system.  Vendors submitting bids shall review all requirements in the Requests for Quote (below) prior to submitting a bid.  These are open market solicitations with awards going to the lowest priced technically acceptable bid.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00pm CST on March 11, 2022.

Vendor Information/TIN Certification

Vendors who do not accept credit cards and/or are not registered in SAM are required to complete an AO213 Vendor Information/TIN Certification Form.  Completed forms can be emailed to the financial department or faxed to 414-297-3253.

 

SAM (System for Award Management)

Vendors doing business with the federal government are encouraged to register in SAM.  There is no fee to register.
