Reminder: U.S. District Court E-filing Suspended at Noon on Friday, April 5, 2019

The District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin will upgrade to NextGen on April 8th, 2019. Electronic Filing will be suspended at Noon on Friday, April 5 for installation of NextGen. Please click here to view the General Order regarding Implementation of NextGen CM/ECF.

E-Filers must do the following in order to continue e-filing:

 

BEFORE 12:00 NOON ON APRIL 5, 2019

- Obtain your own individual PACER account or upgrade your existing individual PACER account.

- Know your current CM/ECF Login and Password. If you do not know your current password, you can reset it here.

 

AFTER APRIL 8, 2019

- After the court installs NextGen - Link your PACER account with CM/ECF.
