The Local Rules Committee proposes the following amendment to Civil Local Rule 3. The amendment specifies procedures for assigning related actions, the obligation on the parties to bring related cases to the court’s attention and the opportunity to challenge the designation or non-designation of cases as related. Any comments should be submitted to Gina M. Colletti, Clerk of Court, via email at gina_colletti@wied.uscourts.gov by December 23, 2021.
