The Local Rules Committee proposes the following amendment to Civil Local Rule 7.1 in accordance with Rule 7.1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The proposed amendment adds “intervenors” to the entities that must file a disclosure statement in diversity cases. Any comments should be submitted to Gina M. Colletti, Clerk of Court, via email at gina_colletti@wied.uscourts.gov by May 26, 2023.
