Civil L.R. 7 (j)
Comments Due June 27, 2022
The Local Rules Committee proposes the following amendments to Civil Local Rule 7(j). The amended provision permits that if the citation of authorities is publicly accessible a copy need not be filed and served on all parties, unless a party is pro se. If a party is pro se, then “unpublished” or “non-precedential” authority must be served on the pro se litigant. Any comments should be submitted to Gina M.
