The Local Rules Committee proposes the following amendment to General L.R. 5(a)(2). The Court has encountered problems when dealing with pro se litigants during the discovery process. The litigants, without receiving prior authorization, attach electronic documents or data storage devices, such as thumb drives, to their filings. A change to General Local Rule 5(a)(2) would provide clarification to pro se litigants to address this issue.
