Notice Regarding Transcript Ordering Procedure

Monday, October 1, 2018

Effective today, October 1, 2018, the Eastern District of Wisconsin has gone live with a new transcript ordering procedure.  Over the past months, we have been working diligently to develop a more streamlined online form that we are confident will make ordering transcripts easier and will enable us to more efficiently process the requests.

To Order Transcripts

The new online Transcript Order Form can be accessed in several ways. On the Court Website home page, click on the Transcript Orders link which has been positioned in the center of the Home Page, right below Court Hearings Calendar.  There are additional links to the Transcript Order Form on the website, under the For Attorneys tab and under the Forms tab. You may also wish to bookmark this new online Transcript Order Form which will take you directly to the online form.

Once you have accessed the form, fill it out and click Submit. You will receive an immediate confirmation that your order was received, and one of our official court reporters will email you directly with a cost estimate.  Note: If you are only interested in an estimate, you must still submit the online Transcript Order Form.  Transcripts will not be produced until the estimate is acknowledged and approved.

Delete Old Forms

We are no longer accepting the old PDF transcript order forms, and they have been removed from the court’s website. If you have saved the old forms on your computers, please delete those.   Kindly instruct your staff and colleagues to do likewise and inform them of the new procedure.
