The court’s Pro Bono Attorney Panel is a voluntary panel of attorneys available to represent litigants pro bono in civil cases. When the court determines that a pro se litigant requires a pro bono attorney, court staff will contact an attorney on the panel. The attorney may review the case file before deciding whether to accept the court’s request for pro bono representation. Panel membership is not a commitment to a particular case. To sign up to be on the Pro Bono Attorney Panel, you may submit a Volunteer Card. If you have any questions, you may contact the court’s pro se staff attorneys at ProSeStaffAttorneys@wied.uscourts.gov.
