Passports Surrendered in Criminal Cases
Defendant Ordered to Surrender Passport
When the Court orders a defendant to surrender a passport, the Clerk of Court becomes the custodian of the document. Surrendered passports will remain in the custody of the Clerk of Court until further order from the Court.

Extra-Judicial Use of Courtrooms
Courtrooms in the U. S. Courthouse are available for extra-judicial use only for public tours and law related educational activities which benefit from being held in a courtroom environment, such as mock trials or moot court events, and then only with the approval of the District Court and under Court supervision.
