Naturalization
Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is conferred upon a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
The bureau of US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) processes all naturalization applications and provides the Court with a list of the candidates selected to be naturalized in the Federal Court.

Interpreter Services
Interpreters play an important role in the business of the Court. Interpreters also play an important role in furthering an attorney-client relationship when the client is not fluent in the English language. The information on this page is intended to inform the Bar on the availability of interpreters in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, as well as to provide contract and fee information, guidance, and applicable forms for contract court interpreters.
