Situated on the shores of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee is known as a great place by a great lake. It is home to the Milwaukee Brewers, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Admirals and the Milwaukee Wave.
Located at the head of Green Bay, the city of Green Bay is the smallest city to host a professional sports team. Home to the Green Bay Packers, with 13 NFL championships, the city is also known as Titletown, USA. It really is "Better by the Bay".
Rules and statutes require or permit involved parties to deposit funds into a court or voluntarily present a motion for funds to be placed in the custody of the court. Consistent with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and other District Courts within the Circuit, and in order to permit more time with family and friends, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin will be closed on Thursday, December 24, and Friday, December 25, 2015, in observance of the Christmas holiday. The Court will close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015, and close all day Friday, January 1, 2016 in observance of the New Year holiday.
