The court ruled that surveillance footage from a stationary surveillance camera police placed in a neighbor's home (with the neighbor's consent) did not violate the Fourth Amendment, despite the fact that it had recorded the defendant's back yard 24/7 for several weeks.
Effective today, October 1, 2018, the Eastern District of Wisconsin has gone live with a new transcript ordering procedure.
